Based in Derby, we work with clients across the UK.

The exit matters more than the rate

Bridging is easy to get into and expensive to stay in. Before we look at lenders, we look at how the loan will be repaid, whether that is a sale, a buy-to-let mortgage or a commercial refinance. Then we choose lenders on total cost and how fast they can complete.

How it works

  1. Free consultation. The property, the timescale and, most importantly, how the loan will be repaid.
  2. Exit check. We stress-test your sale or refinance plan before you commit.
  3. Terms. We compare lenders on total cost and speed, not just the monthly rate.
  4. Valuation and legal work. We keep valuers and solicitors moving to hit your deadline.
  5. Completion and refinance. We line up the longer-term mortgage so the exit is ready.

Our broker fee

Your initial consultation is free. Commercial and bridging cases vary in size and complexity, so we confirm our fee in writing before you proceed. Lender, valuation and legal fees are additional.
